The location of hotel is great (if you like to explore the old city on foot, look no further). The hotel staff is kind enough to arrange and recommend top tour operators.

Truly some of the best service I’ve experienced throughout my travels around the world. The room I stayed in was spacious, airy, spotless, with a comfortable bed and a desk area that was great for working. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. On the ground floor, there’s also a team offering manicure and massage services — a convenient extra you can book right at the hotel.

Our stay was organized with the utmost comfort. Every point of the hotel has been thought of in every detail. The room with balcony is lovely. As we requested when we booked, we were given a room in a quiet area of the hotel. The view from the window on the roofs of buildings did not embarrass us at all. I would especially like to note the work and responsiveness of the hotel staff and in particular Ms. Linh, whose attention especially improved our experience of staying in the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for accommodation.

First time in Hanoi with no prior knowledge of the city I chose this hotel and it truly was an amazing experience. From the moment we reached the bottom steps luggage was swiftly taken care of as we were ushered to a table for welcome tea. The smell of the hotel isn't something I often comment on but this place smelt like we were in some luxury brand store. Room and bathroom was very pleasant and I loved the French old world architecture of this hotel. Location wise it was close to all the major tourist attraction like Old Quarters, Big Church, ice cream (Tràn Tiền), etc.
