When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved everything about this resort and wished We stayed longer, from the moment We arrived up to departure staff were super friendly, welcome and charming and always willing to help with a smile and their greeting “ Xin Chao” The Villa’s are impeccable and very well designed with beautiful surrounding views. The food options were excellent Kids club , cycling , kayaking and lots of activities for eveyrone

To sum it up: fantastic. We took spacious room overlooking the ocean with beautiful and big balcony, the bathroom, the bed everything is amazing. Hotel has the best beach on Phu Quoc, white sand with turquise sea, great bars and restaurants and property is well maintained with lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers etc. The pools are amazing, hotel lobby and reception absolutely stunning. The staff is also great, polite and helpful. Room service was also very good(amazing burger), with this hotel you cannot be unhappy. Very close to Sunset town, Cable car and around 25mins to the center. Close by on the beach you can find cool beach bars and it is great for evening walk.

It’s clean, comfortable and close to all amenities, restaurants and bars all walking distance and the staff cannot do enough to help, great place I’d stay hee again.

Situé le long de l'une des plus longues plages de Phu Quoc, le Famiana Resort & Spa - Breakfast is served as Brunch 6AM30 to 1PM est installé sur un terrain de 4 hectares et propose des hébergements... This resort is amazing, we loved it here, it was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The beds at the resort were the most comfortable beds we slept in, the bathrooms are huge and the room size was great. The air con worked very efficiently.
