Our room had beautiful views looking over the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location close to the town of Tam Coc. The staff were also super friendly, helpful and accomodating. The included breakfast is also delicious 😋

Lua House has the best balcony view. I love it when they have a fresh fruit basket, a hot foot bath, and some snacks in the afternoon included in the room rate 🍵 Overall it was a great experience ♡

She spoke good english and helped us with everything we needed: laundry, motorbike rent, transfer to Hanoi and gave us helpful tips about Ninh Binh. Homestay and garden is beautiful and they have a great cat!

A baby safety gate is also available for guests at the accommodation. It is absolutely beautifully located and the houses are so nice and spacious. The family was so lovely and increasingly accommodating and welcoming. We could use bikes from the homestay to go around the town and whereabouts. We loved our stay here and hope to come back in the future!
