We have stayed elsewhere in Hoi An before but decided to give Grand Sunrise Palace a try as a friend recommended it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly, always going out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable. I tried the spa and it was so amazing that I went 3 times in total. There was a shuttle bus to take you into the Old Town, which we used several times and it was easy to get a taxi back if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we were coming back. We would definitely stay here again.

Great service — everyone was super nice and helpful in arranging transfers, laundry, and anything else we needed. Breakfast could be improved a bit, but it was enough to get the day started. We had a corner room with plenty of natural light and a nice view of the river. We would definitely come back.

The high quality of the meals we enjoyed , both for the daily breakfasts and evening meals can’t be praised enough.
