The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure wr felt welcome and taken care of. On top of that, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, offering a perfect balance of style and coziness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Fitted with parquet flooring, air-conditioned rooms include a safe, wardrobe, seating area, a minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Rooms enjoy city views and come with a private bathroom equipped with bathtub, hairdryer and free toiletries. Everything from the facilities, cleanliness and location was excellent. Special mention must be made to the staff who were tremendously pleasant, helpful and polite during my stay. Huong, Grang, Ngoc, Hoai and Tuyen were all wonderful at reception. The staff on the high floor restaurant were also so friendly and helpful.

The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
