The hotel is great. Excellent position in a quiet area, although the surroundings are very busy, 200 m from the subway and 300 m from DEIRA MALL, impeccable cleanliness, top staff services - receptionists, housekeepers, waiters, the boy in the hotel lobby and the driver on the minibus who transported us to the beach and the airport. Although the hotel is three stars, the services are five stars. Many thanks and the best thoughts to Rodica and Mahmoud at the reception, who were very kind and responsive and did their best to satisfy all our requests and thus made us feel safe and among friends at ROVE CITY CENTRE- Deira, Dubai.

It was great service by Aicha and Kyle at reception. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet great. They even offered us early check in after arriving super early with our flight.
