Second time staying here and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The design of the hotel, lobby and rooms - wow! The staff are very friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and got a room upgrade which made our trip extra special. 100% recommend treating yourself at the spa, highlight of my stay. The hotel was trying to reach me before arrival. Once I got there I was informed that for the first night I would not get the room I booked due to technical issues but they would offer me an upgrade for the remained days. The following day I was surprised with such a beautiful spacious superior apartment with view to burg Khalifa. That was really nice from the hotel team and I trully enjoyed my stay.

Service - not only excellent service, but excellent attention to detail, very attentive, super warm, welcoming, helpful people Cleanliness - immaculate, you could eat off the floors Design - beautiful design, big open spaces, little “nooks” to sit and chat, have coffee or whatever Facilities - one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve been to in the world (and we travel a LOT); rooftop pool is spectacular, with a view of the Burj Kalifa, excellent poolside service - food and drinks! Location - very centrally located - Dubai mall, grand fountains, Burj Kalifa, etc… btw downtown Dubai is one of the safest metro area in the world.
