Excellent hotel, the reception staff was very helpful, Madina and Riyas helped us with everything. The facilities are amazing, modern and well decorated. We booked a room with breakfast only and we can say that the food is delicious. The restaurant staff is always friendly. I 100% recommend this place for making the guest feel good.

Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower...

Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower otherwise you stay 20 minutes with all the people who purchase other services in same queue and it takes time, under the sun, it is never less then 15-20 min that is nonsense and spoil all experience from gbr beach. You pay for shower but you need to suffer for what you re paying. Public bathrooms doors in female bathroom most of them cannot be locked and in general need some renovation. For example Kite Beach set or is absolutely perfect about everything. GBR beach need some improvements.

The apartment is in a great location - close to everything. The beach, the promenade and the metro station are walking distance. The pool in the building was nice. There is a big one and a small one for toddlers there (the small one is a bit cold so we used the main one). A very helpful host - Amal- answered all the questions immediately. We arrived at night and it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, modern, and beautifully designed with a real touch of luxury. The view from the balcony is just stunning, and the location is perfect, close to the beach, cafes, and Marina walk. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Grosvenor House us a great hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and the staff were all fantastic. The food was incredible and the bar had great city views. The sister hotel on the beach was close by and easy to access.

I'll tell you right away - a 10-point rating: excellent location within walking distance of the Marina-Dubai, the beach, shops, the Dubai Mall, and tram and bus stops. The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you need. The pool is always free, and the view of the Marina from the apartment is breathtaking. Thank you to Mr. Ali Raza for his attention and prompt response to our requests. Mr. Ali's hospitality and the comfort of the apartment make us want to stay here next time we visit Dubai.

Ideal location on the palm. A stones throw distance from all the beach front clubs. The rooms are very spacious with extra seating sofa sitting area. The rooms also has a little kitchen area with everything you need there. It is a hotel not an apartment but it has everything you would need in an apartment. It has an amazing spa on the top floor which also has a roof top swimming pool.

I loved everything about this hotel. I lived in Dubai for 17 years so I knew this hotel would be a quiet location. It's not near the beach but taxis are cheap. The pool area needs more beds but thats ok. The breakfast is very good. The staff are lovely. A special mention to Ibrahim on the front door valet as he was so kind to me when daughter vomited. The room is clean and comfortable and black out blinds were a bonus. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and quiet. I cannot find fault with this hotel and I will return.

This is such a pleasant contrast to the glitz of 5 star hotels on the beachfront of Dubai and provides a sumptuous hotel steeped in the character and exclusivity of a top Golf club. The room was very spacious and beautifully fitted out. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! I loved the green and peaceful area its located in at the heart of Arabian Ranches. Maison Mathis is attached and one of the reasons I decided to stay here for the weekend. Top food and great vibe.

Lovely hotel, ideal location and staff made a fuss of our anniversary, thank you! This was recommended to us and didn’t disappointment. Great access straight to the beach, walking distance of a few good bars (and great beach club) which isn’t always the case in Dubai. Room was immaculate, very quiet and we both slept well. Beautiful views from the hotel and pool. Great breakfast selection, spoilt for choice.

The beach at Jameirah beach walk has been re-developed and is the perfect place for a day at the beach. It is very clean. has new shower & changing facilities, restaurants within 20 seconds. The water is warm and clean. Dubai is working towards Green Flag status and certainly meets these standards.
