    We stayed here when my brother and I climbed Grossglockner, and I can’t recommend this place enough. The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly kind and helpful, and the same goes for her daughter. The location is perfect with a breathtaking view over the whole valley and Kals. It’s also just a minute away from both the grocery store and the bus stop, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were very nice and we didn’t miss a thing. Truly a top-class stay that I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

    I came to climb the Grossglockner peak and found this wonderful location a few km from the starting point on the route. Being alone, I had a small room, about 8 square meters, with a single bed and a sink + a balcony, but it was more than enough to rest. The breakfast is generous and fantastic. The shower and toilet are in the hall, but they are extremely clean and the water is hot. The hosts are smiling and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

    - Great location, a small village, surrounded by mountains. - can do some good activities around - Room was clean with all essential stuffs - Bed was comfortable - Very clean bathrooms - Owner was great, the best I've met till now. Reason: i told i will check out my room at 5 in thr morning as i need to travel to Großglockner hochalpinstraße, she made the breakfast ready so early, @ 5. I've hardly seen such things in any stay.

    Very comfortable property in a non-touristy location at the bottom of Grossglockner Ski Resort - ski bus at the door, lots of winter/summer sports options, friendly community. A well-stocked little supermarket is only a short stroll away and the bakery delivers fresh bread to the apartment each morning according to your order. Georg is a fabulous host; enthusiastically sharing his love and knowledge of the area, and offering us his help when we needed it. We feel like we’ve made a new friend and we look forward to returning to Kals soon!
