Everything you may need is very close: metro (U4), supermarket, Naschmarkt & Mariahilfer Strasse (plus a generous sprinkling of low-key cafes, pubs and upbeat restaurants & bars nearby). You’ll find a similar local flavor nearby around Margaretenplatz. The appartment is on the basement so it is easily accesible. It seems recently renewable. The bed room is pretty big.
