The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were outstanding—everything was impeccably spotless and well cared for. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish showcased creativity and the chef’s delicate touch, resulting in a dining experience that was both memorable and satisfying. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the amenities to the overall ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was the amazing crew. They were always smiling, warm, and attentive, adding a personal touch to everything they did. We stayed for 2 nights during our quick bike-road trip visit to Dachstein, Ramsau and Schladming-Planai. We really enjoyed appartment under the roof, with memorable and exceptional views both in the south and north directions. Pernel family operating this hotel is exceptional as well, with the ability to give their guests a feeling that they are at home, or at least that they arrived to visit their friends.. The appartment was spatious and comfortable, kitchen providing necessary equipment to make a dinner, one could spend hours sitting at the terrace looking at the distant tips of the mountains. Or to attend the dinner prepared by Mrs. Perner, which was a culinary delight on itself. I have also mention very tasty breakfast with a lot of options and also mention daily info letter, printed separately for each day, incl. weather forcecast, dinner options and even sudoku game! To sum it all, we enjoyed our stay very much und wir danken Herr und Frau Perner, dass sie uns die besten Erinnerungen auf unserem Urlaub geschenkt haben.

    Just what it said on the tin: self catering, reasonably stocked up kitchen with utensils and glassware, fridge freezer, in winter one can store food on the balcony, and it is walkable to the Reiteralm gondola lift, but I would probably not recommend that in ski boots and skis on the shoulder. Private parking and a garage if you drive a Mini. Property has been upgraded to a modern sleek mountain chalet style. It felt homely and cozy.

    Very quiet and clean appartment. Very well equipped. Option for fresh bread every morning. Very well located to ski places : Hochwuerzen, Reiteralm. Good for evening walks ( downhill and up at return :) ) super that there is a place for car where it is hidden and you save time for taking snow / frost off. Family Royer is extremely warm and nice - we will be back !

    Location in a quiet corner but very close to the ski lift (Reiteralm). The centre of Schladming can be reached in 10 minutes and the ski resort in Flachau in 21 minutes. The room had everything you needed, including a fridge and a hair dryer. The resort was very clean and tidy. Breakfasts OK, with a fairly large choice of dishes.

    Superb, modern apartment with superb location, the first where we stayed as a family. Very close to the slopes so easy to reach the main ones like Planai , Reiteralm or Hochwurzen. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need to create your own meals or store your ski goods and all these in high quality. You have your own sauna which is a big plus. The optional breakfast prepped by Susi is highly recommended!

    We came for ski vacations. The mistress of the house was hospitable and nice. The location of the apartment is great - 9 minutes by car to Planai, 13 minutes to Reiteralm. The apartment is very clean, cozy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need, the dishwasher was very handy. After skiing, a nice bonus was the use of the sauna. I recommend it! And if we come back to Schladming, it will be here.
