Breakfast was excellent! A mini buffet was brought to your table &, if you wanted a hot meal, how you wanted it served. Everything was done exactly how the guest requested. The location is excellent - walking distance to most things, shops, tourists information & attractions, restaurants.

Superb. Beautifully designed, luxurious yet cosy feeling. The staff was excellent, super helpful and kind. Amenities also great, the spa area was a truly relaxing and serene space. A lovely garden, viewable from the restaurant/ breakfast area and the small dining/ coffee lounge next to it.

The breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from and all fresh, it certainly set my day up. Coffee choices were great. The room with a balcony was excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was also very spacious. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The view from the outside of the breakfast lounge area was very good and the hotel was in a great location, bus was 13 stops away from the city centre. I would recommend getting a Salzburg card.     Everything was perfect. Location in the old town close to main tourist attractions such as Dom church, Mozart Square, Residenz and Festspielhauser. The room seemed recently renovated and provided with state of the art toilet and showers, and enough room for a sitting area, coffee machine and fridge. The excellent breakfast with good range of food such as fruit salad, fresh vegetable salad, cheeses, hams, cereals several sorts of bread and cakes.

    I had stayed at the hotel several time in the past, and I keep returning. It is a bit outside Altstadt (15-20 minute walk to Mozartplatz/Residenzplatz), which is reflected in the price compared to more centrally located options. I needed to be close to Nonntal, so the location is perfect for me. I asked for and got a room with a view of Hohensalzburg, which is nice. The room is spacious, the bathroom even more so (the shower cabin is quite small, but functional). The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.
