Everything. The location is Ideal. The staff members are extremely helpful. We were at the hotel when there was a meeting. The access to gym was not available at that time. The staff led us all the way. The room is new and clean which matters most to me.

Very nice interior, attention to details that tell the story of the hotel's name. Spacious and airy common areas, peaceful location not far from the city center. Friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, highlighting the selection of fresh juices. The size of the rooms was probably determined by the dimensions of the historical building, despite possibly slightly smaller square footage, the rooms are nicely and modernly furnished.

You can feel such a charm the moment you just walk in , it’s a 300 years old building pretty well maintained , Mozart is always being played in the background, which is such a dreamy place for me . I enjoyed the Austrian wine here in the bar pretty much , especially the vibe at night is such a treat for me . Staff here are very professional and kind . I’d love to visit this place again in the future, I hope they can still keep the classy vibe forever.

Short walking distance to U-Bahn stations. So location is very convenient, Very nice bakery just by (Öfferl - Wollzeile 31), highly recommend it for breakfast. Apartment is spacious (we were 3 adults).

    Amazing staff! Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. The service at the reception was great—thank you! The location is excellent: there’s a supermarket nearby, it’s quite close to public transit and to Stadtpark station, and only about a 15–20 minute walk to the center. The room had double, large windows, so you don’t feel the cold weather outside. We also received a nice crib for the baby.

    Location: across from Stadtpark subway. Couldn't be any better. The room: comfortable, quiet and with a nice bed and great pillows. Breakfast: it is buffet style and has a lot of choices. Staff: very polite and helpful Gym: with enough equipment for a nice workout and you can help yourself to some water and fruit in the main area of the gym

    The location is very convenient. A block away from Stadtpark metro station. The room was big, spacious and comfortable. The windows are soundproof. The breakfast choice was also very good and it was one of the factors to book this hotel again. The staff is always very responsive and attentive to all of our questions.
