The hotel is really beautiful, the decor, furnishings, attantion to details...it is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in! The staff is amazing too, very helpfull and friendly. The location is excellent. We travelled with our small dog who received a great welcome, it was a truly wonderful stay overall!

My stay at Jaz in the City Vienna was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s modern design, vibrant atmosphere, and unique music-inspired theme made it stand out from the typical hotel experience. The rooms were stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation and within walking distance of many key attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. I also appreciated the hotel’s lively bar and rooftop area, which provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Jaz in the City is a perfect mix of style, comfort, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!”

It has a great vibe to it. Just entering the hotel makes you smile. The rooms have a lovely whimsical quality to them and the staff is always ready help you out with any concern. Nazar at the reception was absolutely a delight.

Hotel is very beautiful, very nice garden. Not far aways from the train station, very quiet. Nice young girl introduce us few very good restaurant. Breakfast is good, a lot of options. The room is beautiful, shower room is too small.
