The staff are very friendly from reception to door men to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was of rich selections and the quality of food is so good. Rooms are spacious and with great views. We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.

You will be near the countless restaurants along Lygon Street while being just a few minutes away from all key landmarks in the city. The facility has a sleek and modern finish which is kept immaculately clean and organized. The amenities are also wonderful and its in-house products are top quality. It also has a delectably sumptuous and diverse breakfast menu with large portion sizes. Its amazing staff are professional, respectful and friendly, most especially the amazing Mohi who was able to make necessary arrangements to address my emerging travel concerns (early check-in, early breakfast, etc.). Definitely, highly recommended.

Comfortable, has washing machine and a dryer, each room has a bathroom, location is perfect close to popular brunch venues and many eateries. Plugs and USB outlets on each side of the bed. Sparkly clean, and cleaned the room again on demand. Very friendly and lovely reception staff, helped with minor repair, laundry detergent, and restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of options, both hot and cold. The fresh fruit was top notch. Excellent specialty coffee. Rooms were very functionally designed. Highly recommend the location as well.
