I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. The staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help — thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. The only downside was the limited time allocated for children to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy the pool with my son, which was a bit disappointing. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly return in the future.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything from the room and breakfast to the staff was just amazing. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony and clean, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was really good, with so many options and very tasty coffee. It is held from 7:30 to 10 in the morning, so you have quite a lot of time to go and get it. The staff was very helpful and nice. They explained everything to the slightest detail and helped with everything that we needed. Huge thanks to one of the staff members that greeted us, a younger guy with longer hair and beard (unfortunately, we didn't catch his name). He was helpful and so kind, made us feel welcome and made the whole experience wholesome. The location of the hotel is also great, the bus stop is right in front of it, the trolleybus stop is a 2 minute walk away and the metro station is around 10 minute walk from it (station for blue metro line - Lavov most). And the city center is around 1.2 km away from the hotel, which is awesome. The location felt really safe. The view from the hotel and the neighbourhood surrounding it is not very pleasant on the eyes, but it was interesting to see that part of the city as well. Overall, everything was really amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here. If we ever come back to Sofia, we will most certainly stay here again. 😊

It is a new hotel with great location, decent breakfast, and very friendly staff. Rooms was cosy, bathrooms was big and nice, beds were comfy. Not great pillows but did not matter much. Did not use hotel facilities except for breakfast, not sure much about them. Very close to public transport. İt is a plus

Perfect and unforgettable stay.The location of the hotel is excellent. Easy access to airport . The Serdica metro station is just 9 min walk from it.The main Sofia sightseeing pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.I just want to point up that this is a brand new hotel with unique and modern interior design.I personally have stayed in many hotels around the world and this hotel is definitely at the top list of my favorite places to stay in Sofia.The rooms are bright ,clean,quiet and cosy. You just feel at home. The staff is very polite. I want to say thank you to Diana the receptionist and Peter the manager of the restaurant for their warm hospitality. The breakfast is good selection of the best food you can get from the market in Bulgaria.Everything is freshly made on the day.The owners of the hotel have done a great job by creating this piece of art in Sofia..Once again a big thank you for everything!
