I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. This was a return visit to the Rosewood based on our previous experience. Everything about this place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful rooms, great attention to detail, pet friendly, nice restaurants.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue
