Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. Loved the luxurious bathroom finishes and the quality of the bath products.

Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.
