The rooms are amazing! The view of the city was great. The staff was friendly and took care of us. We enjoyed the room service. We liked the location of the hotel as well because it was nice and close to the Royal Fair, which was our reason to be there.

My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. Tom Pham topped everything. His room-in service made our evening a special one. The chicken was fabulos.
