We had gotten upgraded and had an amazing three-day stay. The staff were super kind and lovely and it’s in a great spot with lots of food and bars just around the corner! It’s close to one of the big metro stations so you can get basically everywhere easily! The lighting is adjustable so you can set the mood you want! We set a very low light in the bathroom at night :)!

I could not fault the staff at The Ritz-Carlton. They were exceptional. We had an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was amazing!
