It was comfortable, staffs were nice and helpful, specially Mr. ISAH, such a sweet guy. & also Saul. Room was big enough for two, small fridge, micro, coffee pods, etc *Breakfast arrangements* were cute, I wud say... they offered all u need, coffee, tea, waffles, pancakes, muffins, breads, bagel, spreads.. Cereals and egg..!! What else do u need. There is a shopping mall nearby, St laurent, about 5mins walk from the hotel, which was convenient.

Everything! The room was perfect, unfortunately we only stayed one night. Wonderful location, close to several restaurants and all tourist attractions, we did everything on foot.

The room had a perfect size with a great view to the parliament building and Byward Market. The Checkin went fast and very uncomplicated. Staff very helpul and nice! The hotel is perfectly located to see Ottawa. Minutes from busy Byward Area, Parliament Building, Shopping Mall and many nice restaurants. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar!
