The host is very very helpful. Our baggage was delayed and he did all he could to facilitate delivery of the bags. He let me do local and national calls for free from the in room phone. The host gave his mobile number to contact him 24x7 for any difficulty, a rare service really. Got a home cooked tasty breakfast each morning. There are cafes and restaurants galore, a Safeway across the road and a Starbucks next door. Team member Rob went above and beyond when assisting us with checkin : he enquired about our booked tours and even called tour operators to arrange hotel pickup : he’s a legend and should be celebrated for his great service!
