Perfect hotel, read till the end to see the big surprise. Close to everything, metro station at 5 min walk to take you directly to the airport or any other famous places to visit in Shanghai. The hotel is new, the room is big, the bed is comfortable and you are totally in the dark to sleep. There is a gym room. The staff people are all so nice and helpful, especially Johnson the Butler, they do speak English and even if they don't understand everything they will do the necessary to help. Big surprise in this hotel, you have a generous breakfast, of course, but THE THING is from 6pm to 10pm you have FREE Dining at the restaurant, unbelievable, in all of the hotels I have been it's the first one to even offer this and I hope they will continue.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. All the staff were super friendly (especial thanks to Della at the reception desk). The rooms are very clean and new and the design is quite nice. In fact the hotel was so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay in Shanghai.
