Really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Service was great. Our family stayed in 3 rooms on the 5th floor and the person in charge of cleaning did an amazing job. She came every day of our 9 day stay and cleaned and refilled amenities. Top service!

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

Location is close to shops and the staff are very friendly. Good value for money. Rooms have all utilities and also has a self service laundry. Highly recommended if you want a cheap and nice place to stay close to restaurants and shops .
