Everyone was very professional! the hotel is at an excellent location and all the staff members set an example of politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism. I loved the hotel premises, the cleanliness - EVERYTHING. This is the only hotel that I will book if I visit Shanghai again!

Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.

Bellagio Shanghai is the first Bellagio Hotel in China and the second in the world succeeding its sister hotel, Bellagio Las Vegas.

Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

The Peninsula Shanghai is a true benchmark. A grand and classy hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms with amazing views. But the actual 'treasure' is the Peninsula team: attentive, professional, kind and truly caring. I will be back.
