The hotel is stunning! We had absolutely best time. The room was huge with so many various details. The interior is beautiful and very well thought. The room styling was so on point every day during both cleaning and turn down. The breakfast is just next level - so much variety and quality is unmatched. The staff is extremely professional and organised. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - on north bund with the best views yet it’s not very busy and crowded. Will 100% be back!

The hotel is new, with modern decor and many exceptional details, from the staff uniforms to the fact that we can choose the room’s air freshener. It has an incredible charm. The entire team is wonderful and attentive, very concerned about our comfort and well-being. I have traveled to several cities in China, and this was definitely the best hotel. I highly recommend it!!! The manager, Mr. Ron, is a true professional who ensures we have a magnificent and unforgettable stay. Thank you all

The location, the comfortable rooms, the view and the kind staff - particularly the concierge desk in the person of Vivian who made a note and remembered to book a restaurant for us on the very day and time the bookings were opening. And this is great service even before we arrived. The spa/gym and pool areas are very clean and the staff are very nice making sure you have a great experience. It’s without doubt not a cheap hotel but worth the quality of a 5 star. The room view on the bund was second to none and better than most of the other hotels and restaurants around. So much that when we arrived we decided to have room service with that view instead of heading out. Food also is great with a vast choice. Everything in the room and in the services offered is made to make your stay comfortable. In particular the rooms are beautifully furnished and very sound proof for a great sleep. We felt very relaxed in the room, even if it’s directly opposite the hustle and bustle of the Bund. We do travel a lot as a family for leisure and as individuals for work and I must say this is one of the best hotels I stayed at without them boasting too much about it. Which makes this property special. It’s a chain but with a top end boutique hotel approach. Very recommended to have a top stay in Shanghai.
