The cleanliness was top . And the staff was very Friendly, Patience and full of smile on their Face. Especially Michael Zheng and Tiffany Ke from Front Desk was over 100% service provide to me. The hotel staff can speak English and they are very helpful. I got the metro map in English from the hotel. And the hotel has weighing machine so I can check the weight of my luggages before checking in. I got the room at 10.00 am before the check in time. They are very nice. Hotel in non smoking floor has no smell at all. Breakfast has a lot of options. I love Chinese Asian food there.
