MexicoHonestly everything was cosy and new, the room was perfectly for my friend and me. Near to airport and Tianmen park. Unfortunately it was foggy so we could not appreciate the Mountain View but the breakfast was really good.

MalaysiaJenny was an amazing host, the best we could have wished for - incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived (which was quite late but she waited for us), she kindly answered each of our questions, gave us very detailed instructions and advice on what places to visit, best timing, etc. Jenny also helped us book the tickets which was great!
We loved the room - modern, decorated with taste, and the bed was so comfortable!
Last but not least, knowing that my girlfriend is vegan, Jenny cooked really delicious food and treated us to her homemade dinner.
Totally recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality and help. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at your place!

MexicoOur stay was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with room requests or itinerary planning. Their detailed explanations of local routes were a huge help.
The facilities were great, and they even assisted us in coordinating transportation, making our trip much easier. We also loved the chance to practice Chinese with the friendly and patient staff, which added a special touch to our visit.
Highly recommend this place for its excellent service, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere!!

I was the last tourist off the mountain ,but it was still fantastic ,everything was covered in ice and it was very foggy ,I still enjoyed the experience. It is easy accesible by cable car, the routes are clear and there are different things to see and to do, the temple, the gate and the glass walk. The owners were lovely and welcoming. After checking out, we left our luggage there whilst we explored the area, which we appreciated. The owners offered to take us to the train station but we opted to get a taxi as we had some stop-offs to make on the way. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was amazing!! The hotel has a fantastic location only a few minutes from the airport set in a lush area with amazing views of Tianmen mountain. Selina helped us enormously arranging a beautiful transfer from the airport on arrival and then to the train station on departure all included courtesy. Emer was really helpful in suggesting routes to see the sights in Zhangjiajie national park and it's only a 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the east gate.
