PolandJenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

AustraliaThe host, Yian and Quen are very helpful. They told us a lot about their plan and the Tianmenshan county. Yian also took us to the train station for free. The breakfast is yummy. The location is very close to the mountain entry. We can even see the Tianmen hole from our accomodation.

I was up on the mountain in the winter ,3 days after heaven's door was closed ,so get there when the main attraction is open . I was the last tourist off the mountain ,but it was still fantastic ,everything was covered in ice and it was very foggy ,I still enjoyed the experience. It is easy accesible by cable car, the routes are clear and there are different things to see and to do, the temple, the gate and the glass walk.
