Luxury hotel, equal or superior to some of the finest and most exclusive hotels I've used in France, Germany, Italy, USA and Turkey. Remodeled huge rooms/suites with classic European styling. Much much better than any Sofitel I've ever stayed in. Staff were attentive, polite, and always going out of their way to help. Incredible value. Relatively close to major attractions in the city.

Great location, our inner courtyard room was very quiet and the staff we dealt with were all very nice, we would stay again for sure, the only suggestion I have is to put even a small sign at the entrance with the hotel name in English 👍😊

The room is spacious and bright. The property is clean and the location is perfect. I loved the atmosphere and concept of the property. The room’s pictures with descriptions are precise. The staff is friendly and polite. There is a metro nearby. I enjoyed my visit this time. If I pass by Xi’an, I’ll come again for sure!
