Staff were super kind and accommodated my family's needs and helped us with our plans for sightseeing. Great location within walking distance to the town centre without being too close to noise. Laundry self service was a blessing.

The room is large and recently renewed. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the shower had very warm water for the cold days. The staff is very friendly and smiley. There is western and Chinese breakfast, and we wanted a local chicken dish which they cooked for us.

At the moment I arrived - the view is magnificent! Free bicycle provided. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Especially Michelle - she went beyond and helped me to book last min train ticket because my flight was cancelled!
