staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic with beautiful views. The view from our patio was spectacular. We rented scooters to easily get to west street and back which was very convenient and fun! Can't wait to come back

We really liked the Bamboo Leaf Hotel and the staff, especially Vivianne who helped us with booking tours and borrowing scooters and bikes. She is super friendly, kind, caring, efficient and speaks excellent English which helped us so much! The whole staff was very friendly and helped look after all our needs! We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, well-designed high-end hotell for the value, incredible service and mostly the delightful staff working here! We would love to stay again if our travels bring us to Yangshuo! Thank you so much from 2 happy Canadians! ,😁🇨🇦

It‘s an incredible place.. location and architecture are breathtakingly beautiful. Even the new building where the rooms are, is an absolutely stunning and beautiful building inside.

The whole place was so peaceful and beautiful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also the food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. We had a great time there
