Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. The staff was fantastic. They anticipate our needs before we asked and they were most helpful, helping us to book didi. The hotel design was perfect for travellers. Well thought out design, having the sink separated from the bathroom. They also gave complimentary drinks and snacks from the mini bar. They supplied bottled water every time we went out. Location close to MRT, mini markets, eateries and bakeries.
