First of all, I would like to start by stating that we had a perfect hotel experience. Special Turkish documents prepared for us, New Year's gift for our son, free refreshments in the evenings... We would also like to thank Anel for her wonderful and friendly welcome. Within walking distance of all important points, easy access by public transport if desired, and clean and spacious rooms, this will be a place we will go to on our next trips to Prague and recommend to our friends.

This hotel is the best I stayed in Europe in term of services. I really enjoy the place. Though the hotel is not grand but they give you free drinks including alchohol day and night. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They give you advices about where to go for lunch and dinner. They even make reservation for our group several times. Also they provide free car service to drop you at the Prague castle. The room was quite. The location is great. Walkable to city centre and all good restuarants.

Great hotel! Superb service right from check in through to check out. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we explored the city, received complementary bottles of water and a bottle of red wine in the room, welcome drinks and a Prague pass for discounts in many shops and attractions. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had! A fantastic stay all round :) Very convenient location, close to all major attractions.
