"The hotel is in a very central location, just about 500 meters from the Astronomical Clock Tower, Charles Bridge, and the National Czech Museum. The hotel is very clean, anda the staff are extremely friendly and solution-oriented, always making every effort to resolve any issues we faced. Special thanks to MARKETA and AHMET for their exceptional support. We must also mention the wonderful service from dear ILYA, who attended to us every evening. The breakfast is outstanding; you certainly won't go hungry. Having stayed at many hotels across Europe, I can confidently recommend this hotel without hesitation. Additionally, for us Turks who often find European bathroom standards challenging, the hotel offers a technological solution with electronically-equipped toilet seats. In terms of value for money, this hotel truly stands at the top.

High quality hotel with a focus on practical luxury. Although, the lobby and other groundfloor areas may not look as lavish as other 5* competitors, the rooms and facilities are exceptionally thought through and of high build quality. The staff are exceptional also. I had the pleasure of dealing with Petra, Iryna, Airu, Taulant and Ivan. The rooms are carefully thought through, beautifully furnished, pleasant wood and cream colours.

I actually liked the strict rules and the fact that guests are respecting them. The hostel was fine, I didn't expect anything else for that price. It was clean, its location is perfect, it was really good for one night. Honestly, I've been in many hostels, and 5 single beds in 30 mkw room is an improvement, there would be 10 elsewhere. It's like 5 minutes away from Mucha Museum, there's a Lidl nearby, it's close from the train station on foot and despite being relatively close to main street, it's quiet.
