The staffs are very helpful and nice. You can keep luggage before the checkin time. The room is spacious. the locker was provided for storage. It's very close to the main station. Perfect for catching early morning train.

Beautiful and super comfortable. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly! Especially the woman who helped us when we first came- giving us directions and suggestions of how to best make the most of our time. Breakfast was well worth it! Lots of options and they were all good. The shower has great water pressure!

Our stay at The Grand Mark Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Old Town, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with a wide variety of high-quality options, including gluten-free choices. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the stunning private garden, where you can relax among the greenery and even spot a few elegant peacocks wandering around. It added a magical touch to the whole experience. We also had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at the hotel spa—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Absolutely five stars. We’ll definitely be back
