We loved our stay in Wellness Hotel Step. The hotel itself is really nice, relaxing ambiance and it's a perfect weekend getaway place to stay. Kids and family friendly and most importantly, we love that there is a lot of activities to do and to choose from in the sports and spa area. The breakfast selections and the facility is excellent. We are pretty much impressed, and to be honest, this hotel is the most nicest one we have ever stayed in around the Europe so far. The hotel service staff are excellent, when we ask for help or anything, they immediately come and do their job to help us and provide what we needed. The room is cozy and super clean. The food in the restaurant are so good, it's definitely worth the price. This place is 100% highly recommended.

The staff is excellent and super helpful, the hotel is silent so you get very good sleep and don't hear the other rooms noice. It's clean and nice, the breakfast is not something extraordinary but is delicious and nice. Overall is amazing.

It was an amazing stay from the first second we entered the hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and we received so many gifts, presents, and care. The room was beautiful and comfy. The bed was very comfortable, and we also got spa access with an amazing sauna and a beautiful jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious — the variety and diversity were just amazing. Free gated parking was also a big plus. We also received surprises like access to different locations with discounts. We got a Prague Pass with many gifts, free drinks, discounts, and even a free car wash. There are so many extras you receive here! Kudos to the management of the hotel. It's a four-star hotel, but you will receive a five-star experience. 10 out of 10 — amazing place, we will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
