A wonderful hotel, located in a neighborhood slightly removed from the tourist area — which is actually one of its greatest advantages. The room was specious. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The room is tidied up again in the early eveningץ The staff were excellent: efficient, helpful, and friendly. I came back with only good memories about this accommodation. Great location, service, rooms, facilities, etc. I was able to travel comfortably thanks to Mr.gener and other very kind staff. We really enjoyed the welcome drink for us. The breakfast we had at the cafe on the first floor was excellent and the cafe staff were very friendly. If you come to Barcelona, I strongly recommend you to stay at this accommodation.

The hotel was Amazing I cannot wait to return. the location is perfect just off La Rambla (2 mins walk) The staff could not be more helpful. The room was amazing and a bonus was that we had our own lounge so in effect it was a suite. the free refreshments and snacks were amazing. Free use of umbrellas and staff booked a taxi to return to the airport. It was faultless from registration through to leaving.

The hotel is completely refurbished, and perfectly located close to La Rambla and right in the heart of the old city. The reception staff were very on to it, and spoke great English. They were kind, amusing and helpful. The room was clean, and the cleaner did a great job keeping it that way every day. The lift worked, and took you upstairs easily. The room was adequately spacious. There was a kettle and a fridge. We didn't try the restaurant downstairs, but it looked clean and inviting.
