Everything is perfect. On the day we arrived, the hair dryer was broken but the staff is very nice and the problem was solved efficiently. I would recommend this hotel and I think I would still choose it if I would visit Rennes again.

Good location for exploring Rennes and Bretagne. Very nice hotel, cozy feel but what really stands out is the staff. I have travelled the world on business for 40 years and stayed in many luxury hotels but the Balthazar Hotel is one of the better experiences I have had. Full marks to every member of staff throughout the four nights we stayed at the hotel.

This contemporary-styled hotel is located in the city centre, with direct access to the TGV railway station and the metro. It offers free WiFi access.

Best possible location, right next to train and metro station but very quiet, easy to go everywhere in the city. Shower was good, shower gel and shampoo was provided as always in Ibis. The room was very clean. Most importantly, Ibis has AC.

Location is ideal - a few minutes from bus station, and across the street from Metro and train station. Youan on reception is extremely welcoming and helpful. Very professional and friendly.
