The quality of the room fixtures, and furnishings. The superb bed, and shower. The size of the room and the storage space is excellent. The proximity to the train station is a real drawcard. The receptionists r polite, helpful and informative.

The pool was amazing and just what we needed as the weather was really hot. Fantastic location.

We booked a triple room with a balcony and the room was incredible. The size of the room and balcony was spacious and looked out to a gorgeous green garden. They have thought of everything in the design and amenities. The bathroom has an enormous shower, separate toilet and a bath. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Location is right near the cathedral and a short walk down hill to old town.
