The staff are very helpful and proactive. Will always reach out to ask if we needed anything in particular. In addition to that, there was one staff who I feel particularly indebted to. We were facing problems trying to get a train ticket from Lille Flandres station to CDG airport. The staff at both train stations were rude and not helpful at all! Kicking us from one train station to another with my aging mom who couldn’t walk far. Thankfully the staff working at the reception on 29th June 2024 (Saturday morning) helped us to purchase our train tickets online using the hotel’s computer. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight back. My deepest appreciation to all the staff who work at this hotel and made us feel welcomed.

Complex seems new, friendly staff, interesting decor and an awesome bar with culinaric options from different cuisines (dont know if that food part is permament). Super comfy bed in a "duplex" room, nice bathroom....
