We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom flat in Brighton. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s about a 7-minute drive from the seafront, which was convenient for us. The building is a council property, but the flat itself was well-kept and welcoming. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The mattresses were on the softer side, but the bed linen was spotless and fresh. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place. We’d be happy to return next time we’re in Brighton.

    Loved the location, the decor and the layout. Communication by the owners was first class. The pub next door served just what we wanted in terms of food and drink, post our rugby match at the AmEx stadium, and the atmosphere was delightful. Once we'd got our bearings - and a handle on the one-way system - the parking was easy and close by. We would certainly go again.

    Good bus services around and the ideal location for getting to the Amex Stadium for the Women's Rugby World Cup matches we were attending on the Saturday and Sunday. A good variety of shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Really comfortable beds with sufficient number of good pillows which were firm and plump, so none of the neck issues that I often get with the saggy, flat pillows that are only available in some places places.

    Close to to the Amex stadium for football. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Good connection with USB points for our devices-better than a lot of hotels we visit.
