    Superb breakfast, fabulous hospitality, great facilities. Beer garden outstanding. Great value for money. Great location especially if you are planning to visit Beamish open air museum. What I liked the most…I was able to walk around the room in bare feet and my feet remained clean.

    Breakfast was well cooked and was well presented, the staff are always helpful and pleasant, the bed was comfortable thank you to sue and Lee, the hotel is close to a main road but is quieter than you would think you can relax the hotel has a restaurant attached to it but is a separate business the hotel is close to Beamish open air museum as well as Durham city and Newcastle upon Tyne and the metro center
