I liked the nice room and comfortable bed and the friendly staff. There was also a nice tv in the room and it was quiet. I liked the convenient shuttle bus to the airport.

My flight was delayed so I arrived about 2am. As I was checking in there was a man waiting to also check in, I am a woman. The receptionist, a young man, whispered to me my floor number and had written the room number on the key card holder rather than say it out loud so the man waiting would hear. Although he was a young man he had the awareness of the situation. As a woman I just wanted to convey how grateful I was to your receptionist and was very impressed with the service he provided..Please, please commend that young receptionist for his utmost professionalism! I will definitely recommend your hotel to my female friends and family.

I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very nice and clean as soon as you go in. Once in your room you are welcomed but a good size room, great bed, great bathroom and a very quiet room. I would highly recommend staying here.

Just what we needed - a quiet, cosy place 10min away from Stansted airport. It was very clean and the room was lovely, refurbished and fully equipped with all amenities needed. Free parking available as well. Shoutout to the cool polyglot receptionist!! ;)
