The hygiene conditions were awful. There was no space to sit on the toilet as it was exactly behind the door and the bathroom’s sink. So when the door was opened the limited space in front of the toilet bowl was blocked. In the end we used the common bathroom. Lastly, for the two hours that we stayed there, a strange door of gas was smelled probably coming from a boiler.Guest review byAthanasiosNetherlands

The hotel car parking was very convenient and underground next to the hotel and very secure. Very dog friendly, on arrival in room was dog bowls and a bed. Beds very comfortable and kettle and tea and biscuits in room. Location was excellent with Russell Square park opposite which was very handy for walking dog. Right in the centre for exploring. Close to Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. Hop on hop off bus stop around the corner. Restaurants and bars nearby. Room had a kitchenette with plates, bowls and cutlery, complimentary water.
