Can get crowded on weekends , a walk down to the beach in Hove gives you a bit more towel space.Brighton beach is a good seaside resort with plenty of waterfront cafes and entertainment day and night.

The water is cold when you get in but after that is refreshing and it is clear like cristal. I have been living in England London city for 30 years and I never went to any beach resort in England. I always travel abroad. I am impressed. As for the stones in the beach. A beach shoes is a must it cost only £15.00 and it doesn’t come off when you swim. Try to have three towels over the stone and is comfortable lying down. 😜😜

It's a long shingle (small stones) beach right next to central Brighton. Relaxing walks, with lots of traditional tea shops and bars at hand. You won't be coming here instead of a trip to Spain or Greece, but it is quite quaint and just a little charming.

Room was quite large (stayed in a full room with ocean view, not dorm) and the location is close to Brighton Beach landmarks. Hotel is going through a conversion so hard to tell how things will end up in the common spaces and restaurant.

Extremely good for the price. The beds were comfy. The staff was amazing especially Olivia who helped with recommendations to do things in Brighton. It was a nice long walk to the main Brighton beach. The view of the sea from the small window was beautiful. TV had a lot of channels and had a kettle and instant coffee in the room.
