Don't get too excited unless you're a fan of Daniel on the Channel 4 show, The Undateables. But it is typical of the fun fair of England's piers, which were quite popular in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It's a peak back in history. The rides do not operate all year, but the coin games are inside and are open year-round.

Location of hotel was great! Close to everything you want to see within walking distances. I booked one of the sea view rooms and the view was amazing. You can see Brighton pier, i360 and the beautiful bandstand.

Centrally located in Brighton in a rather quite street, approx 10mins walking from Brighton pier, lots of breakfast and dinner options nearby. Rooms are smallish, but bright and convenient. The parking permits they provide were a life saver for us as the pay by phone street parking app did not work in combination with our Belgian banking app. Do not expect interaction with hosts, only people we saw were the (friendly) cleaning staff. Bonus points though for the smooth online communication and early check-in

very nice place, just across the road from the beach and the brighton pier, close to everything of note. room was spacious, especially in comparison to london, had a kettle and a desk. overall a very comfortable place to stay. could benefit from having a safe and a minibar/fridge in the room, but it's fine for a short stay. no lift, but they offered to help me with my bags. be mindful that the reception isn't 24/7 so you need to plan your arrival.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife dropped her charger, and the staff found it and handed it to the reception. The location is superb—just a 3-4 minute walk to Brighton Pier, and the seaside is literally a 1-minute walk from the hotel; you just need to cross the road. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and stocked with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The sauna, gym, steam room, and pool are free of charge for hotel guests.

Staff friendly, view from room quite nice, only two flights of stairs, was quiet on our stay but you can hear people in and out using the night exit and stairs. Walk to Brighton Pier takes about 40 minutes but a nice stroll and lots to see. You can see watersports going on from the Hotel.
