Hotel on the outskirts of London but in 15 minutes you can get to the center by metro. Very nice and clean, traditional English breakfast. I wanted to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the girls at the reception, especially Vivien and Lilia, who resolved everything for us very quickly and with excellent attention. It's good that the chain has employees like that.

It was in a safe neighborhood, close to travel stops of metro, train and bus. Breakfast was available as well as bar and kitchen from 13:30 where you can buy all sorts of snacks and meals.

Stayed at the King suite for MCM Comiccon, the view is amazing! The suite is huge (living room+separate bedroom, both with its own telly and bed... two separate toilets, sinks etc.), there is enough space for everything. The suite has a fancy shower which you can control with 'buttons', choosing the various modes and the temperature of the water, I fell in love with it at first use! :D Also, there is a coffe machine and kettle in both of the rooms, and you will find complimentary coffee capsules and tea for both of them, life saver in the mornings... ^_^ The bedroom window looks right at the front of Excel, and the living room windows look at the Excel and the Docklands. If you like plane spotting, the flights arriving to London City Airport start to descend for landing by the docks, its amazing to see them fly by. They do not fly at night or early on the weekends, so the noise isn't a problem. Breakfast is worth to pay for, its plenty and staff is working really hard for the satisfaction of all guests, meaning there is nothing you won't be able to find at the buffet. I would also like to say the location of the hotel is very convenient, few minute walk from the Custome House station of the Elizabeth Line (I've commuted from London Heathrow, it was utterly comfortable). It was a great stay, I would like to return anytime! :)
