We had a great stay -- the hotel is rather unique in that it's actually several townhouses that are connected and then redone as rooms. Our room was delightfully decorated fitting of the boutique hotel status, with a huge bathroom and large, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were communicative and helpful, both before our stay, messaging over booking.com, at reception, and while there. We were celebrating a special occasion, and had a nice surprise welcoming us in the room, which we appreciated. We also ordered room service from the restaurant (always a nice treat at hotels that offer it) and this hit the spot -- there was good variety, the food was high quality, and the ambiance and experience quickly made us feel at home. Lastly, it was our first time in Glasgow and as travelers without a car, we weren't quite sure where to stay. This spot worked out quite well -- the area is nice, and the university area (around Byres road), with more shops and cafes and such, is just a 10 minute walk, or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right outside and very convenient, and that or the train provide quick transit access through the city. Overall, this worked out very well for us -- we had comfortable accommodations, tasty food, and great service. Would recommend to others.

The room was a spacious room with a very cute view of the streets on Glasgow, the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The info given on breakfast, check in and out were clear. There was a storm the day I arrived early and staff gave me access to room which was great and much appreciated. Great location near central train station, parking was NCP on Oswald street a few minutes walk. Minutes from Buchanan street shopping and restaurants. Due to the storm the menu for dinner was limited but still plenty of variety. Food was well presented and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Due to refurbishment going on there wasn’t a gym at the property available, but front desk issued day passes for a local gym nearby.

The rooms were big and spacious. It was only a 6 min walk from Glasgow Central train station. The breakfast was amazing with both hot and cold food, including an omelette bar! There is access to a pool, but it was a bit of turns and walking to get there. No hot tub though. It was a fairly central location and had nice facilities.

Great location in Merchant City, close to many things, including both Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations. Aldi and Tesco in the neighborhood make it easy to shop for food for your stay and the Glasgow hop on hop off bus tour stop (Red and Yellow lines) just block and half away. It was also cool to enjoy coffee and see the Glasgow Tollbooth right out the window of the flat.

The location being literally in the Glasgow Central train station was a real plus. No need to worry about catching trains. The bar, which overlooks the interior of the train station, was very nice and enjoyable.
