The staff at the front desk at the Holiday Inn in Shepperton, went out of their way to assist us in every way. As a hotel owner/ manager myself, I appreciate high quality front desk staff and they are among the best.

Superb location , superb breakfast in a stunningly scenic dining room watching swans glide past on the Thames , we had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent , charming staff throughout the hotel, room and amenities were 1st class., every detail catered for. I would have liked a take away pamphlet of the history of the hotel , not often you get to stay in a hotel built for a King in 1665. Would not hesitate to book again.

Rooms over the pub are exceptional; uniquely decorated in traditional English style. Breakfast is more than fine with a great selection of cooked plates. In very close walking distance from Teddington rail station. A highly - recommended choice for staying in a beautiful area around London.

Situation of hotel was relaxing, staff were very helpful, and the food was tasty and presented well, really enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend it. Certainly stay again when in the area.
